Offered in partnership with Mass Save, this program provides homeowners the opportunity to make improvements towards an energy-efficient home. Through Southcoast FCU, you can obtain a 0% APR loan to assist with the installation of qualified energy-efficient home improvements.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Contact the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program at 1-866-527-SAVE or visit the Mass Save website to schedule your Home Energy Assessment for completion. An energy efficiency expert will assess your home and provide a custom list of recommended ways to make energy-saving changes. During the visit, you will also receive a Home Loan Intake Form, Program Steps, and the Minimum Standards and Requirements.
  2. Submit your signed HEAT Loan Intake Form and your final, signed quote to your Mass Save HEAT Loan Administrator. Also, you need to obtain an Authorization Form from your Mass Save HEAT Loan Administrator. Now you are ready to apply!
  3. Contact Southcoast FCU directly to initiate the application process and get excited to save!
